Surprise! Your favorite Bird Feeding game has received a major gameplay update, featuring new UI, new mechanics, and a day-night cycle. Keep feeding birds in BirdFeeder: Extra Birdy Edition.

We are beyond excited to share this new version of BirdFeeder with you. This update improves on the original game in several ways, and provides a play experiences that we think is pretty awesome and cool! BirdFeeder started as a school project, but quickly evolved from there, becoming a passion project for both Alex and I. We love that we made a game that's simultaneously charming, cozy, and scary. This updated version of the game is an exciting evolution from that original project.

Considering this, the original version of BirdFeeder will be removed on January 1st. This will be done to make sure that anyone who downloads BirdFeeder in the future is downloading the best and most up-to-date version of the game. Both of us fully believe BirdFeeder: Extra Birdy Edition is the definitive version of the game. At the same time, both Alex and I care deeply about media preservation. We do not want to erase this original version of the game ~ one that is very important to us. So, with this announcement, there is a 6 day period for anyone who wishes to download the original version of the game. This is an exciting step forward to us.
